What sets the Gypsum City OHV Park Campground apart is its unique focus on off-highway vehicle recreation, blending on-site modern conveniences with direct access to Iowa's premier trails. Located on 800 acres in the southeast corner of Fort Dodge, this campground provides a gateway to 60 miles of trails catering to ATVs, motorcycles, and side-by-sides, as well as dedicated tracks and skills areas for all levels, from beginners to seasoned riders.

The campground itself features 33 well-equipped sites, including full hook-up and electric/water-only options, alongside amenities such as a modern shower house, picnic tables, and grills. For a distinctive stay, guests can reserve one of three cozy tiny homes. Beyond trail adventures, the park offers fishing ponds and serene natural surroundings, ideal for relaxing after an adrenaline-filled day.

Situated just two miles from Fort Dodge, the campground is conveniently close to the town’s attractions like the Blanden Memorial Art Museum and Rosedale Rapids Aquatic Center, making it perfect for a weekend getaway or extended vacation for adventure enthusiasts and families alike.
