Chimney Creek Campground

Isolated and steeped in rugged natural charm, Chimney Creek Campground offers a tranquil escape for those seeking primitive camping amidst the pinyon pines and oaks of the southern Sierra Nevada mountains. Located approximately 16 miles southeast of the small town of Inyokern, California, the campground is positioned within the Chimney Peak Wilderness, which boasts an eight-mile section of the iconic Pacific Crest Trail.
